Catch The Attention Of Buyers.

The importance of high quality real estate photography continues to increase. Listing presentations on the internet and top real estate websites need to stand out and catch the attention of buyers. If nine out of ten buyers discover their new home online, you can’t risk using substandard amateur pictures. Your clients are depending on you and their listing photos must have impact and stand up to the competition. They must be descriptive, they must tell a story, they need to inspire the buyer to reach out.

Present Your Listings Professionally.

When you hire me, you can rest assured that your listing will be photographed and presented professionally. I’ll take the time to capture all the best aspects of the property from the ground or the air. My 15 plus years of experience in the real estate industry adds even more value. I understand the real estate agent end of the business and what is needed to make the best property presentation for your business and your clients. If professional staging is being considered, Tara Mernick and re:designri is strongly recommended.

How I Work.

Your photo shoot includes local RI area travel, the shoot, sorting, editing, re-sizing, and uploading to a dedicated gallery for your use in MLS and other marketing assets. Upon completion, you’ll receive an email with a link that takes you directly to the gallery, from there, you can download all the images to your computer with one click. See An Example Of How Photos Are Delivered

It’s important to know the property should be photo ready. My services do not include staging or cleaning. However, I will move some items in and out of shots if they diminish the end results. Professional staging referrals available.  Read more about being “Photo Ready”.

Onsite pre-photography consultations available.
